  I was doubting myself and my grey hair until I asked the opinion of an employee who was fully grey. He gave me excellent advice. Left feeling confident. Also a girl employee who had a nice butt helped my friend out with getting the Dollar bills in the slot in self check out line.

  I teach Elementary Art at a local school, and yesterday I walked into this store with an odd task- to find some kind of support beams to help my kindergarteners make sculptures of jellybean people. Wolf (Ron) was up to the task (even after seeing me carry a jellybean leg around)! Not only did he help me find what I was looking for, he also was kind enough to cut down the rod to the right sizes for me. As we were walking over to cut the rod, he stopped to talk to another employee (I am assuming a supervisor). He turned to me and said that the store was going to donate the rod to the school free of charge. This was a wonderful act of kindness. It warmed my heart to see this man wanting to give back to his community and to help me and my students. Thank you again Wolf!

  Had a great experience shopping for paint with my 10 year old daughter. The Gentleman working the paint counter treated her like his top customer and even let her help in the process of creating the paint!

  Had to walk all over the store to find somebody in the carpet department when we found somebody it wasn't his responsibility he called another person at the front counter who was supposed to be back in the carpet department but he was busy he said he'd get to us later then about four or five minutes later he finally showed up then turned us over to another lady that lady while helping us took no less than 4 phone calls while we stood there to get the information that we needed. we were buying carpet so it wasn't like we were just asking questions! I felt the customer service that we got was just terrible and we were spending more than $1,000 on carpeting and also pricing a new refrigerator
